Description

Manifold Systems allows for the Nex Flow™ Air Edgers™ or Standard Air Nozzles or Air Mag™ Nozzles to be mounted in combinations of two, four and 6 items for blow off and cooling applications where air knives may not be applicable and when a set length of blow-off is required. These systems are available in aluminum and stainless steel, and provided with any of the air nozzles, and in particular the Air Edger™ flat jet nozzle, it creates a more powerful air knife effect when regular air knives are not powerful enough. Another consideration is the specific application. For example, if there is a risk of the blow off piece being damaged, it is sometimes better to use a manifold with several lesser cost prices verses one more costly air knife. So if one or two pieces are damaged, it is easier to replace. Another example is the requirement for variable force or flow. A row of adjustable nozzles can be placed on a manifold and set for different flow rates across the manifold. Special sizes and shapes of manifolds are also available upon request. Mounting holes are provided on the manifolds for ease of use.
