Stamping unit on casters TG series

The Noodles machines “TG/ 600” and “TG/ 1000” have an electrically welded stainless steel structure with four wheels for easy handling in the working area and convenient positioning in front of the Stamping (Bow-ties) machine 1 therefore using its calibrating rollers. The noodles machine is also available in the version with its own sheet calibrating group. 2 Once the pasta sheet is laminated, it is fed into one of three sets of noodle cutting rollers permanently installed on the machine and the operator, by using a specific handle, can easily select the required shape. The speed of the calibrating rollers, noodles rollers and knife with one or more blades are controlled by an inverter.
