Nidaplast polypropylene honeycomb structures with an 8-mm mesh are used for the core of glued structural sandwich panels. Their surface coating (polyester non-woven material and plastic film) provides an adhesion base for the coating used. Nestaplast is intended for bonding cladding using both traditional techniques and less costly methods involving heat-sealing films.
