PP (Polypropylene) is selected for the body material and EPDM for seal material to adapt to clean environment.
Achieves cost reduction compared to Tube Fitting PP / SUS304 type.
Special Stainless* or SUS303 for the metal material.
*SUS303 like corrosivity.
Clear (semitransparent) color used for the resin body makes it possible to check visually the fluid (liquid) inside.
Sanitary condition is also easily checked.
The thread material can be chosen from 2 different types.
The thread material can be chosen from PP resin or Special stainless* (or SUS303) depending on applications. *SUS303 like corrosivity.
No metal component is exposed to fluid medium.
