Custom Removable Exhaust Insulation Blanket is used for the automotive, marine and shipbuilding industry. The inner layer of our exhaust insulation blanket is composed of E glass fibers needled, ceramic fiber needle mat, silica needle mat, they are processed in such a way to maximize thermal efficiency. It is non-respirable, incombustible, asbestos free and contains no resinous or inorganic binders. The outer layer of our exhaust insulation blanket are composed of a Teflon coated fiberglass cloth or Silicone coated fiberglass cloth, silica cloth, basalt cloth, stainless steel or aluminum heat shield. Sometimes will use knitted wire mesh for the inner layer and outer layer of our exhaust insulation blanket and is made of 304L stainless steel that is particularly effective in temperature extremes or in corrosive environments. Due to its construction, knitted wire mesh is also inherently flexible and durable. Custom Removable Exhaust Insulation Blanket come 304 stainless steel lacing anchors and lacing wire for superior corrosion control.
