The industrial PC integrated into the analyzer not only monitors and controls the detector, temperature regulation, and every operational phase, but also performs data acquisition, saving results in an Excel®-compatible format. The advanced software guides the operator during use and automatically records any anomalies.
The instrument uses a sampling valve with no moving mechanical parts, ensuring greater long-term stability of results and reduced maintenance requirements compared to traditional continuous-flow systems.
Methane analysis is carried out באמצעות a catalytic converter integrated directly into the analysis chamber, eliminating the need for bulky and costly external accessories. The catalyst automatically deactivates if the maximum measurable concentration is exceeded, preventing overheating.
A heated sampling pump is included to prevent any condensation of the sample. The analyzer is also equipped with sensors to monitor vacuum levels in the sampling lines.
