Airox010 and 010C are robust and durable accessories made to supply up to two FID instruments with ultra-pure compressed air. It is available in two versions, one to filter existing network compressed air (010) and one capable of generating pure compressed air by taking it from the environment (for portable applications, Airox 010-C). Airox 010-C: • Built-in platinum reactor heated up to 450°C, to burn off all hydrocarbon residues in the intake air. • Industrial temperature controller with display. • Multi-stage humidity filter with automatic emptying. • Built-in pump with pressure switch, to start air production only when the catalyst has reached the right temperature. Airox 010: • Built-in platinum reactor heated up to 450°C, to burn off all hydrocarbon residues in the compressed air. • Industrial temperature controller with display. • Activated carbon pre-filter and downstream filter for fine particulates.
