Overview
Water and wind are blocked while air and moisture vapor pass through. BREATHRON™ is a microporous breathable film that combines air permeability and moisture-vapor release with water- and wind-resistance by a complex distribution of micron-scale pores. Breathability and resistance levels can be adjusted on request for specific applications such as disposable adhesive heating pads that require controlled ventilation and dimensional stability.

Structure
Microporous film laminated to nonwoven backing materials depending on the variant; pore size distribution at micron scale provides breathability with water and wind resistance.
