Nitto FIBERGUARD® 509H10P is a printed black/grey co‑extruded LDPE surface protection tape designed to protect metal substrates during fiber and CO₂ laser cutting. The backing is combined with a solvent‑based natural rubber pressure‑sensitive adhesive formulated to minimize bubble formation and perform on high‑speed, high‑performance laser systems.

Structure
Printed co‑extruded LDPE film (black and grey) with a special release treatment on the surface and a solvent‑based natural rubber adhesive on the reverse side.

Applications
