Specially for the transport of windmill rotor blades, Nooteboom has expanded their Telestep programme with a quadruple- extendible trailer: the Telestep Quatro QXL. The most important advantage of the Quatro QXL is that in retracted position the combination length stays within the twenty metres, even with a 4-axle tractor. A length of twenty metres is internationally a critical limit that has the fewest restrictions as regards exemptions, escorts and routes. However, when fully extended the standard version of the new Telestep has a load floor length of 55 metres!
