Description

The FluxPlus™ manufactured by Nordson is a paste flux that has been developed to be used specifically for dispensing and reflowing of solder paste. It is available in various types such as The No Clean incorporates rosin, solvent, and a small amount of activator. The water soluble incorporates organic acids, thixotrope, and solvent. The flux is also available in Rosin Mildy Activated, and Rosin activated.
