Compact, Modular and Durable Design The compact design of the Excel 3000 Powder Spray Booth’s color module provides for shorter overall booth lengths and smaller overall footprint. The modular design of the shorter more compact booth base allows for flexible location of both automatic and manual gun stations. The robust reinforced low overall height of the booth base allows for easy access during powder spray application and color change and is available with galvanized floor standard, or optional stainless steel floor. With plug-and-spray technology, low profile modular booth base, and optional PolyPlus™ canopy material, this innovative design provides large system features and benefits in a compact package that is easy to install, easy to operate, and easy to color change. The Excel 3000 Powder Spray Booth is available in 8,000 CFM, 10,800 CFM, and 14,000 CFM versions – in various modular and flexible system configurations. Powder Resistant, Easy to Color Change Booth Canopy The durable yet functional canopy design features a clear copolymer roof for ample light during powder spray application and comes standard with PolyPlus wall panels. The PolyPlus wall panels provide enhanced light within the spray booth and low attraction of powder to the booth wall surface, allowing for fast, easy, and quick color changes. Booth walls are also available in optional stainless steel and feature the same sturdy design and construction as the standard galvanized steel wall panels.
