Overview
The PCS-902 is a line distance protection relay designed for overhead and underground transmission lines. It provides high-speed sub-cycle distance elements (DPFC) and advanced power swing blocking to ensure selective and reliable fault clearance. Applicable to series-compensated, double-circuit, heavily loaded, weak-in-feed, short and long lines. Supports single-pole and three-pole tripping, single- and three-pole auto-reclosing, single- or dual-breaker schemes and optional dual CT inputs.
