Product overviewEvapor is NTE Process’ centrifugal-flow thin-film vacuum evaporator (powered by Okawara MFG Ltd), engineered for concentration of heat-sensitive, viscous and high-value products. The unit uses a rotating cone to form an ultra-thin film (> 0.1 mm), preventing foam and minimising product residence time on the heated surface. Evaporation can be performed at reduced temperature (up to 35°C) to limit thermal impact and preserve active compounds.
