Overview
Ribocone is a vertical conical blender and dryer by NTE Process (powered by Okawara MFG Ltd) designed to blend and dry materials uniformly under controlled temperature and vacuum. The unit integrates a thermal jacket for heating or cooling and supports operation up to 350°C with available high‑vacuum configurations.

Functions
Ribocone is a multi‑purpose process machine suitable for blending, drying, cooling, vacuum drying, combined filtration and drying, and thermal treatment for microbial reduction or chemical reactions.

Design and key components
The helical stirrer (Ribbon) combined with engineered vortex breakers ensures thorough product circulation and uniform processing. A rotating conical reel (Ribbon) lifts product from bottom to top to promote mixing and heat transfer. The motor coupling is located outside the drying tank for contamination‑free processing and easier maintenance. A full‑through bottom (foot) valve enables complete discharge without dead zones.
