Functionality and operationThe station performs unloading and dosing directly from big bags or mobile containers (IBCs) using a dust-proof connection and a natural elastomer cone valve with position sensor for precise discharge and dosing. The mobile universal structure (M513) docks on the M510 station to facilitate unloading. Vibrators on the positioning base assist material flow. The control panel with PLC and HMI manages sequences and dosing modes: loss-in-weight, gain-in-weight, batch and continuous.
