Overview
The NTE Process big bag unloading station M348 is a universal workstation for unloading spouted and non-spouted big bags. Integrated cartridge filters and a suction fan enable dust-free operation and protect operators. Reverse-jet filter cleaning recovers product from the filter and returns it to the storage/discharge hopper.

Versions and models

• M348: universal big bag unloading station for spouted and non-spouted bags.
• M358: modular expandable station for spouted big bags, equipped with a clamp valve to prevent direct operator–product contact.
• M505, M506-Combo, M506-automatic: solutions for manual or automated unloading of 25/40 kg bags; M506-Combo uses a top tensioning valve; M506-automatic includes belt, automated bag-breaker and screen.
