OverviewThe RG lump breakers, available in single-shaft or double-shaft configurations, are engineered to break agglomerates of powders and granules directly on process lines. The machine features a robust carbon-steel or stainless-steel body housing one or two shaped lump-breaking shafts and a fixed grid. Agglomerates are retained by the grid while the shafts, with special blade geometry and spacing, reduce particle size for reliable material sizing and gritting. Units are offered in AISI 304 and AISI 316; CE certification is standard and an ATEX version for dust and gas zones is available. Single-shaft units are offered in compact sizes (from 200×200 mm) while double-shaft models provide higher throughput (up to 800×800 mm). Designed for straightforward installation and minimal maintenance, the RG series is suitable for continuous process integration.
