The Dual Rollers Station by Nuova Omec is used for conveyor belt systems. The unit performs in various environmental circumstances, with medium loads and speeds. Its sizes may vary according to the belt, from 300 mm up to 700 mm. The rollers are made of steel, assembled on ball bearings 6202 2RS with 13 holes. Its roller shaft forming the dual rollers system is a single piece welded to the central support. It consists of a single swaged element to give maximum solidity. The ends of the unit are provided with hermetic securities, which allow lubricating oil to sustain roller performance over long periods of time. The roller can perform at temperatures between -20° and +90°C, with a Ø 15 shaft.
