The clean insulated doors are suitable for application with heavy pedestrian or trolleys traffic. This type of door is equipped with semi-insulated panels and hinged system. This type of door opens in both directions and closes automatically. The frame is in anodized aluminium, and the hardware consists of 2 plastic hinges with return spring. The leaf thickness is 40 mm, realized whit white pre-painted sheet, injected of polyurethane. We also offer a version realized whit stainless steel leaf, always injected with polyurethane. In this version the external sheet of the panel can be in AISI 304 stainless steel, pre-painted, plastic or fibreglass. The door is also equipped with a blade realized in HDPE (High Density PolyEthylene) that helps avoiding the squashing of the fingers. They can be provided with additional items such as transparent portholes, bumpers and so on. Each leaf is equipped with a plexiglass porthole or, at the request, with double-glazed porthole. Applications This door is suitable for many applications, thanks to the durable design and cost effectiveness.
