Concrete spraying machine OCM-068 UNIVERSALE

The OCM-068 UNIVERSALE is a rotor machine for wet & dry sprayed concrete applications and pea-gravel conveyance with effective outputs up to 16-18 cubic metres/h. The high output that can be obtained suggest to use the machine in combination with a spraying arm in order to exploits its capacity. Never the less the use of the smaller rotor of 18 litres capacity allows even to a nozzle man to operate it. The machine is used mainly in medium/large size tunnel constructions, channels reconstructions, slope consolidations, besides for the pneumatic conveyance of pea gravel when tunnelling with TBM of large diameter. The machine is endowed with two special hydraulic pistons that allows to overturn the hopper and extract the big rotor without effort and in a safe way. A single man can therefore execute the ordinary maintenance operation.
