HIGH-PRECISION SINGLE AND DOUBLE CARDAN JOINTS AND SHAFTS, WITH PIN AND BUSH This series, born on the basis of the V series, has as main characteristic the use of sliding spheres. Spheres, bushes and splined shaft are in contact with each other, allowing particularly high performances. Possibility to work at high speeds and under very rapid stresses of sliding and rotation. These shafts have been designed to operate in extremely difficult and particularly dusty conditions, at high temperature as well. In fact, the interaction between the grooved and the spheres guarantees the sliding of the latter in dusty applications, and the duration of the transmissions over time. The peculiarities of this series are durability and reduced wear. All components, including the grooved, are worked and processed internally by our company. The quality of the fast series with needle bearings, combined with special treatments, makes this series one of the “flagships” of the ROTAR® production. Please note that ROTAR® brand is the only manufacturer in the world of this series. In order to increase the life of the shaft, a thermoplastic cover is available (upon request).
