We produce nuts with several dimensions and geometrical shapes. The coupling between rolled screws and bronze nuts allows to obtain silent and smooth screw handling systems, that thanks to the smaller wear permits a larger endurance of the nut. The used materials are several types of bronze, brass, AVP and plastics. Around the 80s the Zielo company started to test the utilization of nuts in plastics, testing different products. The chevalier Lino effectuated himself the resilience proofs, until he decided to use nylon + molybdenum bisulphide to produce his nuts. He decided to propose them to his usual customers, who at first were a little sceptical, but then improved their machinery. Plastics nuts have a great relation between price and quality and the systems realized with them need no lubrication.
