DescriptionRHS-S2 features two smooth, nitrided jaws. It has a higher profile than RHS-S1 and is therefore suitable when:
- F-series double-wedge clamps are used
or:
- The workpiece is loaded onto a tooling block and additional support during clamping is required
It is the optimal choice for a second setup to avoid marking, even when OK-VISE clamps are applied at full force. Its friction coefficient makes it suitable for roughing and other machining operations with high clamping forces. Accuracy from each serration to the jaw surface is ± 0.01 mm.
