BF 50 HT is an automatic thermoforming machine with alternating pitch designed for the construction of containers and blisters for the packaging of médical items such as syringes, vials, bottles and ampoules, in addition to the blister packaging of liquid and solid products of various kinds, pharmaceutical, nutritional and dietary products such as capsules, tablets, candies, etc.. Maximum size of the achievable blister-container with rounded corners 180x100x27mm in height. The pockets are preformed before forming with a punch system. The electrical and electronic management of the machine is performed by a "Siemens" PLC (CFR21 Compliance) and the pitch is controlled by a Brushless electronic motor.
