Automatic deblister machine S50

The new compact machine for recovering of blister-packed products is called Mod 5 50 de-blistering machine COMPACT, AUTOMATIC, FORMAT-BASED Fully pneumatic, the S50 is presented as a solution for the recovery of small batches packed in PVC-ALU and ALU-ALU blisters. With the 550, the operator can select the format to be used, insert the parts in the machine, use the two-hand pushbuttons to rotate the table - which will position the under the work station - and start the cycle. At the end of thy cycle, the operator will rotate the table once again by pressing two-hand pushbuttons. The operator will then remove the empty blister and load the a full one. Upon customer request, format-based moulds and dedicated moulds can be designed and build with different configurations and/or external dimensions.
