Challenges related to heavy loads or considerable thrusts, or the presence of obstructions on the floor can be effectively handled by using the standard wall-mounted jib crane with girder boom, equipped with tie rods and electric rotation.
The girder boom of this jib crane is equipped with supporting tie rods, ensuring an efficient and stable system even with heavy loads and large extensions.
Boom rotation is managed by a gear motor/coupling system, connected to the rotation pin and is regulated by an inverter. The planetary gear is driven by a self-braking electric motor with soft start. Flame-resistant flexible cables, suspended on trolleys sliding under the boom, form the electrical line to power the hoist trolley. The wall-mounted jib crane, with 270° electrical rotation, is supplied complete with a push-button strip hanging from the hoist or sliding independently, as required.
On request, rotation limit switches can be installed to limit the range of movement of the boom.
