The OMSTAT self-adhesive antistatic brushes are made of metal fiber or carbon fiber, which is sandwiched between an aluminum tape with conductive glue and another double-sided aluminum tape with conductive glue.
- They work as the strip antistatic brushes; the same rules apply.
- Their flexibility, ability to be cut to length with standard office scissors, and ability to stick to a metal-ground machine surface while taking on its shape are the differences.
- They are incredibly simple to use because they don’t require a bracket for mounting. Simply peel and adhere to the metal surface that is grounded.
- The distance of the fiber to the material to be discharged should be 1 mm-5 mm.
