Description

The DEA320 inline deaerator is designed for the continuous deaeration of your product. By removing dissolved air and gas, deaerator systems play an important role in optimizing product conditions, reducing foaming and increasing stability. OMVE’s DEA320 can be designed with three different deaeration methods – static disc, rotary disc or spray nozzle – to suit your application needs. The evaporation efficiency improves when the DEA320 is supplied with onboard heating capabilities and a small tubular heat exchanger. With the option of either single or multiple passes, you can achieve a concentration level of 0.5ppm or less. The aroma in the vapors is regained by the aroma regenerator/condenser, preventing unwanted increases in concentration or potential loss of aroma. This unit integrates seamlessly with OMVE’s pasteurizer and sterilizer units, and our filling systems. The available nominal capacities are 50L/h, 100L/h, 200L/h or 500L/h.
