Description

Easy, time-saving, controlled
OMVE’s MPV206-BL water bath unit is designed for product preparation and batch pasteurization.

The batches are prepared in separate buckets. These are all then inserted into the same water bath to guarantee consistent and simultaneous treatment of different product batches. A consistent water circulation temperature can also be set for the bath.

The touchscreen control, which is offered as an optional upgrade, allows you to automatically monitor and control all critical control points (CCPs) and to set a required time and temperature profile for the preparation and pasteurization of the product.

The unit includes either three or six buckets in two potential sizes: 6L or 10L. This unit comes with different mixers as required, including a standard propeller mixer or a high-shear rotor-stator mixer.
