Description

Easy, flexible, connectable The OMVE MPV3201-BL is a advanced closed blending vessels. Highly customizable, it is specifically designed for blending and mixing liquid food products. Operating the MPV3201-BL is extremely convenient. Only the ingredient needs to be added to the vessel, and the mixer can be manually switched on and off and adjusted for speed. Once prepared, the product can either directly be fed into the OMVE HT320 or easily emptied into any container. The blending tank comes with a single or a double jacketed atmospheric vessel with different size options available. It is equipped with a variable high-speed propeller, or the option of a high-shear mixer, to allow blending of powder into different liquids. The optional touchscreen function allows you to automate processes such as the level control and to monitor all critical control points (CCPs). The available vessel capacity of the MPV-BL Closed is 20L, 50L, 100L, 200L or 400L. Higher capacities are also available on request.
