ORION MACHINE is designed to produce a wide range of wrapped type products such as: • - Pierogi with different filling; • - Stuffed cutlets; • - Open-top pierogi (belyashi); • - Khinkali, buozi and so on; • - Stuffed vegetable balls (stuffed mash potato - zrazy) • - Confectionary products with filling • - Rice wrapped ice-cream balls – moji (mochi) Large diversity of applicable recipes of the wrapping: from soft to stiff consistency. The dough applied might be yeasted, non-yeasted, rice based, forcemeat wrapping and so on. Different types of filling to be used: forcemeat of different consistency and chopped particle size, berry-based jams with whole berries, cottage cheese, vegetable fillings, and ice-cream. In-built cooling system is applied to prevent the wrapping from heating while molding which makes the taste better.
