The PD300-UAS is a very compact OEM photodiode laser power sensor with built in electronics and dimensions only 38x38x32mm. It has a 10x10mm aperture and can measure from as low as 100pW up to 50mW depending on configuration. Its silicon detector can cover light sources from 200nm to 1100nm.
