Gas warning device GWA-M 3.6 System Description: The GWA M 3.6 is a bus-compatible measurement and control system for monitoring air for concentrations of toxic or flammable gases. • Gas control center with bus technology • Up to 10 sensor locations for flammable or toxic gases • Menu-guided button operation • 2 variably adjustable alarm thresholds per sensor • Password-protected configuration level • Large LCD plain text display • 6 potential-free alarm relays • Bus interface to the central building management system (Modbus RTU) • LED status display for the plant Local individual alarms available in conjunction with OPP-SOR® GMF-MOD-IR infrared gas sensors with output relay. Instead of having the gas warning system trigger a collective alarm it is possible to have local visual or acoustic alarms which trigger only in locations where the gas concentration is exceeded. These individual alarms can be connected to the output relays that are provided as a standard feature in every OPP-SOR® GMF-MOD-IR infrared sensor.
