Description

ESD rejection is a challenging requirement for many electronic products, including glass optical windows and panels in the industrial machine vision market. Achieving the optimal balance between efficient transmittance and an adequate ohm-square value can be difficult. OPTO5 provides a solution with a special antireflection Indium Tin Oxide electrically conductive coating, combined with a thickness-calibrated dielectric multilayer. Our AR-ITO coating technology by catalogue enables achieving - a surface resistivity value of less than 1 KOhm square, - a reflectivity of less than 0.5% on both sides of the window in the 450 nm to 650 nm range, - and a total transmittance of over 97.0% in the same wavelength range. The substrate can be either BK7 or SCHOOT KG5. ESD rejection optical coatings with custom wavelength range, surface conductivity, and different substrate materials are also available upon request
