Our collapsible pallet container, GitterPak®, is part of the ORBIS BulkPak® line and available with a protective lid. Developed for use across automotive and industrial sectors, the foldable plastic pallet box offers a durable design to accommodate up to 900 kg load. In accordance with the European 1200 x 800 footprint and manufactured in Europe, the GitterPak® is a reliable 1 to 1 substitute for metal gitterboxes, metal tubs and wooden crates. Reusable, Durable and Repairable – Plastic Pallet Boxes ORBIS collapsible pallet boxes are in line with the circular economy principle and offer a range of benefits compared to its steel counterparts. Noteworthy advantages include minimal maintenance costs, elevated product protection, optimised transport efficiency, and enhanced workplace safety throughout the supply chain. Folding pallet boxes are easily repairable on site to ensure a long service life. Unlike steel crates that are susceptible to rust and wear, the plastic design prevents any potential damage due to metal-on-metal interaction. The three-runner base efficiently fits into racking or automation systems.
