The progressive miniaturizing of the electronic boards, PCB's, with smaller components used has resulted in development of more selective and innovative soldering processes. The Neosold 400 does rapid, reliable selective laser soldering or remelting. The thermal stresses are avoided by the use of innovative closed loop control system which requires specific attention in assembly phase like power LED's or sensors. The welding programs are made for different boards as the programming of software can be done offline and is also very simple. The SW system allows soldering profiles to be memorized providing a valuable tool of end traceability.
