Semiautomatic labelling machine. Pk-52 Pk-52 is a semi-automatic label applicator for round containers with diameters between 10 and 110mm. You can apply a wrapping label around the product or two labels for front/rear solutions. With the potentiometer it’s easy to adjust the exact position of the counter label and store the position. Using the Pk-52 is simple and intuitive for all operators, lowering the lever with the sponge roller and automatically starts and ends the label application cycle. The side stop adjusts the height of the label on the vessel. The “fork” housing the containers between the rubberized rollers is easily adjustable and securely fastened in place so that you can handle very small products, 10 mm in diameter, like vials, tubes, pencils, lipsticks, small containers in general up to manage big containers up to 110 mm of diameter such as bottles, cardboard tubes, etc It is also possible to labels the containers with the big closure cap (cap bigger that vase), as for example the 30/40’s grams honey pots or vials with bigger handle. Pk-52 can be connected in line with the most color inkjet printer in the market. So it is easy to start from white neutral label and place labels on container in one single moment. It is enought one second to finis one labelled product. The productivity of the Pk-52 is around 1200 containers per hour, depending of labels and containers dimensions.
