With PALOMAT® Greenline, scattered pallets around your warehouse or production area become a thing of the past. All employees have one central location for collecting and returning empty pallets, and pallets take up less space when stacked in a PALOMAT®. This frees up valuable floor space that can be used more effectively for production, while also reducing costs associated with damaged pallets.

You just insert/ remove the pallets using a hand pallet truck, electric stacker, or a forklift truck.
PALOMAT® Greenline detects the pallets via a light curtain and sensors, after which they are automatically stacked or destacked one by one at floor level.

When selecting destacking, a stack of max. 15 or 25 pallets will be inserted in the PALOMAT®, after which the pallets are automatically destacked one by one. When selecting stacking,
the pallets are inserted one by one, after which the pallets are automatically stacked to max.
15 or 25 pallets. The entire stack can be removed.

PALOMAT® Greenline is only operated manually using the touch panel to change between
stacking and destacking. The PALOMAT® can handle all 4-way pallets in wood, plastic, and metal.

With the teach program, you can adjust the gripper positions (< 300 mm), allowing the
PALOMAT® to switch between different pallet heights.

The web browser gives you access to data on operation, cycles, signal status and fault history - for faster troubleshooting and better insight into how the PALOMAT® is utilised.
