PALOMAT® AGV – Completely automatic pallet handling for AGVs
With PALOMAT® AGV, you can automate the handling of empty pallets and create a consistent pallet flow between your AGVs and production, warehouse or packaging areas.
PALOMAT® AGV is designed as the perfect add-on for all brands of driverless forklift trucks. By allowing the PALOMAT® and AGV to communicate directly, empty pallets can be automatically stacked, destacked, supplied and removed – without manual pallet handling.
The result is a more efficient pallet flow, better utilisation of your AGVs and less time spent on repetitive pallet handling.

Automatic communication with your AGV
PALOMAT® AGV is delivered with an interface including OPC UA signals for external equipment and a preinstalled program with the necessary signals for communication between the pallet magazine and the AGV.
When destacking, PALOMAT® AGV automatically prepares a single pallet at floor level for collection. When stacking, the AGV delivers empty pallets one by one, and PALOMAT® automatically builds the pallet stack.
When the PALOMAT® is empty or full, it signals the AGV, enabling the pallet flow to continue automatically.
Multiple AGVs can communicate with the same PALOMAT®, and the pallet magazine can also be used manually with a hand pallet truck when required.

Flexible pallet handling
PALOMAT® AGV handles all 4-way pallets in wood, plastic and metal.
The adjustable gripper position makes it easier to adapt the PALOMAT® to different pallet heights, while the extended lifting stroke provides greater flexibility and user-friendliness.
The built-in light curtain increases the safety zone around the machine and supports safe pallet handling in environments where automated and manual workflows meet.
