Centomat rotary stations are suitable for the filling and sealing of products in large series. The individual process modules may be combined to form a high-performance system. When the containers, inserted with valves, are in position beneath the crimping heads, closing starts. The crimping heads move to the containers and the crimper crimps/closes the valve. After crimping, the crimping heads are raised from the containers. The outlet star wheel pushes the crimped containers onto the conveyor belt, which transports them to the next machine. Quick-changeable guides guarantee simple, rapid conversion of the rotary station to the next product sériés.
