TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS: For a loader of 580/600mm, the size of the automatic couche is 612 mm wide x 800 mm long and it may contain 5 long bread sticks of 400 g or 6 baguettes of 250 g. For a loader of 680/700mm, the size of the automatic couche is 712 mm wide x 800 mm long and it may contain 5'6 long bread sticks of 400 g or 7 baguettes of 250 g. For a loader of 710/725mm, the size of the automatic couche is 737 mm wide x 800 mm long and it may contain 5 long bread sticks of 400 g or 7 baguettes of 250 g. For a loader of 730/745mm, the size of the automatic couche is 757 mm wide x 800 mm long and it may contain 6 long bread sticks of 400 g or 7/8 baguettes of 250 g. Other sizes upon request. The flat grids may be used either for bread sticks or baguettes. The cellular grids assure perfect positioning and distribution of the dough pieces (pâtons), the number of which is determined in advance.
