Assembly Machine for Cabinet Doors This machine was designed to semi-automatically assemble interior doors, furniture and kitchen doors, made of wood or MDF featuring one or more panels. It is perfectly optimized for 90° assembly. Assembly is achieved by using vinyl glue and EVA hot melt glue which allows immediate adhesion. The hot melt adhesive can optionally be used as an additional anti-vibration solution. This provides a stable and perfectly assembled product, ready to be introduced into the production line for further processing or packaging. All processes required to manufacture the final product can be carried out automatically or semi-automatically, depending on the budget and flexibility required.
