Pascal Steel has concluded that over the years Boat & RV Storage is one of the fastest growing segments in the storage industry. Traditionally designed to be similar to a single story storage facility…Boat & RV Facilities are requiring engineers and architects to become creative in design to accommodate for there large size. Wider bays, 60 degree angled entrances, and drive through bays are just to name a few. Pascal Steel has built many variations described above…including non-enclosed Boat & RV Facilities. We continue to participate in many more of these types of projects including Condo-Garage types of facilities to house the increasing demand for Boat & RV Storage. It’s estimated that by 2012 one in twelve homes will have a boat or RV. With the increasing CC&R restrictions in newer residential communities, Boat & RV Storage will become one of an owner’s only option.
