Overview
A CNC busbar machine that combines punching and cutting/shearing in one programmable platform. The HBC-CP.CNC200 fabricates copper and aluminium busbars in a single setup, minimising handling and re-clamping while ensuring repeatable part geometry across production runs. Industry 4.0 ready for line integration.

Key functions
  • Punching: places mounting and connection holes with a Ø28 mm die at exact centers.
  • Cutting / shearing: integrated shearing trims bars to length in the same pass.
  • CNC stopper positioning: both operations use the same CNC-controlled stopper for repeatability and minimal scrap.

Process & workflow
Shearing and punching are performed on one base-mounted unit, so busbars do not move between separate stations. The CNC stopper positions each cut and hole directly from drawings, producing consistent parts from first to last piece and reducing manual handoffs.
