PAYAPRESS

About Us

PAYAPRESS — busbar processing and sheet metal machines,

built to a standard since 1990. PAYAPRESS is a manufacturer of variety of machineries to help panel builders.
We design and build hydraulic and CNC machines for cutting, punching, and bending copper and aluminium busbars, together with a wider range of fabrication equipment for electrical panel builders — DIN rail and duct cutters, and corner forming machines for sheet metal enclosures.

We started in 1990. Since then, more than 1,500 companies in over 74 countries have chosen our machines: switchgear and control panel manufacturers, transformer and substation builders, data centre and renewable energy contractors, and industrial workshops that process busbar every day.

Our head office is in Dubai, and our machines reach customers through a worldwide network of official representatives and distributors. This means local support in the customer's own language and time zone — not only a machine in a crate.

What holds all of this together is a simple idea: a busbar machine is a production tool, not a purchase.
It has to run every shift, hold its accuracy after years of use, and be serviceable by the people who own it. Every machine we build is judged by that test before it leaves our factory.

Our values

A busbar machine earns its place in your workshop in three ways: the safety it adds, the labour hours it removes, and the panels you can deliver on time. We design for all three.

Accurate cuts and repeatable bends mean less scrap on an expensive raw material. Fast tool changes and clear controls mean an operator can be productive in days, not months. Heavy-duty, reliable machines mean your production plan survives contact with a busy week.

What we stand for

Precision. Copper is expensive, and every millimetre of waste is money. Our machines are built to hold their tolerances over long production runs, not just on the day of installation.

Durability over specification sheets. We would rather build a machine that still works well in fifteen years than win a comparison table. Strong frames, quality hydraulics, and standard components that can be sourced anywhere.

Support that does not end at delivery. Training, spare parts, tooling, and technical advice are part of what you buy. Our representatives are close to our customers, wherever they are.

Honest engineering advice. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller machine, or no machine at all. We tell customers what their production really needs, because a good reference is worth more than one sale.

Continuous development. More than three decades in this industry have taught us that customer feedback is the best design input available. Our newest machines exist because someone on a shop floor asked for them.
