Description
The PCE Instruments PCE-IR 97 is a dual-mode thermometer combining non-contact infrared surface measurement and a penetration RTD probe for internal temperature readings. It is suitable for food monitoring and general temperature control tasks. Infrared measurement covers -40 … +280 °C and probe measurement covers -40 … +200 °C. The instrument offers fast response (<500 ms), a 20:1 optics ratio, Hold/Max functions and a countdown timer with alarm (up to 10 h). Temperature can be displayed in °C or °F. Power is supplied by a 9 V block battery.
