Large circular support base: ample surface to support piece during cutting cycle and a high grade of precision in cutting perpendicularity; maximum smoothness during rotation.
Adjustable bow position: 90° cuts and 45° right & 45-60° left.
Blade guides with Widia hard metal plaques and eccentric bushings.
Adjustable manual vice featuring rapid closing, closing hand wheel, flat adjustable gib plate.
Retractable and adjustable vice shoulders.
Blade tightening device.
Blade lubrication cooling system with electric pump and two adjustable taps placed on blade guides.
Control panel located in an easily accessible position.
Blade start switch with “man present” guard; works in low tension.
The hinged bow moves on a support with conical bearings.
