INSTALLATION: All BB01 Baby Jaws glass bottle crushers are installed by a PEL service engineer and is ready to go to work right away. And, it’s simple to use following steps: • Open front door and place waste collection tote box inside the machine. • Close door. • Ensure EMERGENCY STOP button is released. • Start the BB01 glass bottle crusher by pressing green START button. • Once the BB01 is running, insert bottles into the feed hopper neck first, to crush glass in a single feed motion. • The flap locks closed as soon as the crushed glass storage container is full. The ‘bin full’ indicator will then light up, a buzzer will sound and the flap will stay closed until the tote box is removed and replaced. TRAINING: Post installation training is carried out onsite by a PEL Service Engineer.
