/ Use The voltage-limiting device is a single-phase device. It is designed to be inserted into the earth connection for measurements with a circuit-breaker tester, for example. The voltage-limiting device has two positions. In "OPEN" position (measurement position) - Protects users against accidental voltage recurrence by re-establishing the grounding circuit. - It limits the voltage at its terminals to less than 50 Volts.
